Marketing - Senior Associate/Associate, Print Production

THE TEAM

The mission of the Production Department is to accurately translate creative concepts into beautiful, functional, on-time, and cost-effective print assets.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Production team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering quality and functional print assets for various cross-functional partners including Retail, Marketing, People and Culture, and many more. As the Senior Associate/Associate, Print Production, you will support with ensuring print assets are delivered on time and on budget, while acting as a champion for the process and identifying needs for optimization. As the Senior Associate/Associate, Print Production, you will:

• Turn the creative vision into actionable products
• Obtain the best resources at the best prices
• Produce high quality, on-time assets at the best price
• Deliver assets on time and in good quality
• Seamlessly manage and measure our print production process

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Associate/Associate, Print Production, has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Print Production
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
