We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. This role will report into the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and will support the broader marketing and sales teams as an expert in the day-to-day software, data and processes that drive commercial success.
The ideal candidate will have a foundation in Marketing or Sales and a strong experience working within marketing/sales/revenue operations with experience administering Hubspot & Salesforce. You will work closely with both the sales and marketing teams to develop and optimize systems that enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance. You should be a logical, data-driven thinker who thrives in an environment that requires both analytical skills and creative problem-solving.

What You'll Be Doing:- Marketing Automation & CRM Management: Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot & Salesforce), becoming a subject matter expert on how data flows through our marketing technology.
- Email Marketing Support: Lead the creation and optimization of email marketing capabilities, ensuring the email marketing team is able to effectively scale, segment, and personalize.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large sets of marketing data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
- System Implementation: Evaluate, select, and implement new marketing technologies and tools to enhance team performance, streamline processes, and support business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to build and manage automated workflows, campaigns, and processes that improve lead management and conversion rates.
- Process Optimization: Continuously review and refine marketing processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability as the company grows.
- Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other key metrics related to marketing operations.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with expertise in Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Demonstrable experience thinking through an ecosystem of marketing tools with personal experience leading the evaluation and implementation of new software.
- Experience managing data syncs across integrated tools (e.g. MAP & CRM)
- Detail oriented to a fault, with the confidence to audit complex processes and find gaps, or potential optimizations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to train sales and marketing teams on process and appropriate use of technology.
- Familiarity with data enrichment and data hygiene best practices; experience with data enrichment & orchestration platforms is a big plus.
- Familiarity with event and webinar marketing and the operational processes needed to support them.
- Experience experimenting with or implementing AI-driven automations and workflows to streamline operations.
- Experience managing marketing operations within a fast-scaling B2B environment, specifically in B2B SaaS, Tech, AdTech, or Programmatic Advertising platforms.
The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in Ontario, Canada. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location.
This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.
