The Opportunity:
SailPoint is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketo Campaign Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution, optimization, and reporting of our Marketo-driven marketing campaigns, playing a critical role in generating demand and nurturing leads. You will work closely with various marketing functions, including content, digital, product marketing, and sales, to deliver impactful campaigns that drive business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Campaign Execution: Build, configure, and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns within Marketo, including email nurture flows, landing pages, forms, and program setup.
- Email Marketing: Develop and deploy engaging email communications, ensuring proper segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and deliverability best practices.
- Landing Page Creation: Design and optimize landing pages and forms to maximize conversion rates for various campaigns and initiatives.
- Automation & Nurturing: Implement and manage complex lead nurturing programs and automation workflows to guide prospects through the buyer's journey.
- Data Management: Maintain data hygiene within Marketo and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce CRM. Assist with list imports, segmentation, and data enrichment.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Develop dashboards and regular reports for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, digital marketers, sales development representatives (SDRs), and product marketing to align on campaign goals, messaging, and follow-up strategies.
- Marketo Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest Marketo features, functionalities, and marketing automation best practices, recommending improvements and efficiencies.
- Compliance: Ensure all campaigns adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests on various campaign elements (e.g., subject lines, calls-to-action, landing page layouts) to continuously improve performance.
What You Bring:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience working with Marketo, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, lead nurturing, and demand generation best practices.
- Proficiency in building emails, landing pages, forms, and programs within Marketo.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM integration and lead flow management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- HTML/CSS knowledge for email and landing page customization is required.
- Flexibility to on working hours to cover US Time Zones are required.
