Cascadia Partners is seeking a Marketing Manager for a hybrid role based in either our Vancouver or Victoria office.

We are ideally looking for someone to join us full-time, but we’re open to considering a 3- or 4-day work week for the right candidate. Salary will be adjusted based on the agreed-upon schedule.

Position Overview

As Cascadia continues to grow and expand into new markets, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy. This is a dynamic role for a creative and strategic professional who enjoys variety and collaboration. 

The Marketing Manager will oversee initiatives that strengthen our brand, enhancing client relationships, and supporting growth. This includes: 

  • Managing brand development across channels, creating compelling content and visuals for marketing materials and client deliverables, and overseeing digital marketing efforts.
  • Maintaining website content, managing social media (primarily LinkedIn), and coordinating advertising campaigns.
  • Event management including conference planning, booth and handout design, and organizing client appreciation and recruiting events.
  • Collaborating on proposal development, ensuring client deliverables meet Cascadia’s high standards, and providing ad-hoc support on consulting projects.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities 

Marketing Strategy

  • Lead brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across physical events (trade shows, conferences, in person meetings) and digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, social media).
  • Manage lead generation and follow up with prospective clients from website and social media engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance, report on results and spending, and provide insights to guide future strategies.
  • Maintain and optimize the firm’s website, ensuring SEO best practices and up-to-date content.

Proposal Development & Project Management 

  • Coordinate the proposal process, including timelines and collaboration with consulting leads.
  • Ensure proposals are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Work with consulting teams to develop proposals that clearly articulate Cascadia Partners’ value proposition.

Client Deliverables Support 

  • Assist project teams in finalizing client deliverables, ensuring reports and presentations are polished and professional.
  • Provide design support for client-facing documents to maintain high-quality standards.

Technical & Creative Skills 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating professional templates, layouts, and diagrams.
  • Strong graphic design and copywriting skills is an asset for marketing materials and client reports.
  • Experience managing websites and social media accounts.
  • Understanding of digital campaigns, including SEO and content management.

Professional Competencies 

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to a variety of audiences in both verbal and written formats.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and external partners.

Qualifications 

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • A business degree or MBA is preferred.
