  • Lead the production of thought leadership content, guiding internal team members and managing deployment across social media channels
  • Manage production and distribution of a monthly email newsletter, developing content, and working with our design team to produce visual assets
  • Manage the development of project case studies including coordinating asset production and managing content writing
  • Collaborate with the Executive Design Director to manage submission of our work to design galleries and award shows
  • Conduct quarterly SEO audit to maintain top rankings for key terms and advise on content improvements to improve results
  • Partner with our paid media consultant to track campaign performance and provide leadership with ongoing reports and insights
  • Work with our PR consultant to coordinate media opportunities, press releases, and outreach efforts

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing working within a professional services firm
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing tools, tactics, methodologies, and strategies that drive qualified leads
  • Strong content strategy, copywriting, and editing skills, with an appreciation for brand voice and working knowledge of SEO
  • Proficiency in email marketing including tools (Campaign Monitor) and tactics like subscriber list growth
  • Experience with Google Analytics including reporting and finding insights in the data
  • Familiarity with paid media with specific focus on LinkedIn and Google Adwords
  • Strong research, planning, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, coordinating concurrent projects, and managing deadlines
  • Experience using AI tools for research, planning, and content creation
  • Self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a competitive disposition
