About the Position
We’re seeking a highly motivated and strategic marketing manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced with developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing brand messaging, digital design, and driving customer engagement. You will support and manage initiatives that drive business growth, ensuring alignment with company goals and target market needs.

What you’ll do:

Website Management 

  • Post all new content following SEO best practices.
  • Implement occasional scripts.
  • Maintain site library, adding new content as it’s created. 
  • Track all site health metrics, making changes as needed to ensure top UX across all versions.

Social Media Management 

  • Build and maintain a quarterly content calendar with guidance from Product Marketing.
  • Create and post all social media content with oversight from Product Marketing. 
  • Respond to inquiries and comments on corporate accounts.
  • Coordinate with founders to arrange and promote personal account article publications.
  • Work with Nightfall’s Demand Gen team to implement LinkedIn ads as needed.
  • Provide regular reporting to track growth, progress, and audience analytics.
  • Manage YouTube content from posting best practices, to comment responses, to creating thumbnails for video posts.

Copywriting & Editing

  • Write engaging social media graphics consistent with brand, tone, and content strategy.
  • Edit blogs for brand consistency, grammatical correctness, and voice / tone.
  • Use blog briefs from Product Marketing to copyright occasional articles.

Graphic Design

  • Maintain a variety of company-wide branded assets (Zoom backgrounds, personal and corporate LI headers, email signatures, etc.)
  • Build and use a variety of marketing collateral templates for handouts.
  • Occasional light video editing.
  • Manage design contractors.

Project Management:

  • Use PM best practices across all marketing activities, implementing a calendar, tasks, reporting, and “people management” to ensure deadlines are met across the department.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles.
  • 2+ years of marketing project management experience.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation & sales platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools (Canva, Figma, etc.).
  • SaaS marketing background is appreciated for this role, with bonus points for cybersecurity SaaS experience.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in cybersecurity, B2B marketing, or regulated industry sectors (financial services, healthcare, fintech, etc.).
  • Light video editing experience.
  • Experience with WebFlow.
