JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and demand for Safe Fleet’s video and fleet management solutions targeting the transportation industry. This role requires prior experience with video surveillance, fleet management software and a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within passenger transportation, and commercial transport and logistics. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaigns aligned with business objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting key decision makers leveraging industry insights and customer pain points.
  • Lead planning efforts and communications campaigns for industry events, trade shows, and webinars, including booth design, content development, brand presence, product demos, collateral, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Work with creative team to develop compelling content such as blogs, case studies, white papers, product sheets, and social media posts tailored to fleet management audiences.
  • Oversee website content and SEO strategy to improve visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage email campaigns, LinkedIn presence, and other digital channels to engage prospects and customers.
  • Support sales with tailored presentations, product collateral, and competitive battle cards.
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities for new products and services, including naming, collateral development, and launch campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes; provide insights and updates to internal teams.
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics, including campaign ROI, SEO rankings, and event success.
  • Manage marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI across events, digital spend, and content development.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000/yr CAD

The final offer will be determined based on a combination of factors including skills, experience, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities.

  • Candidates at the lower end of the range will meet the core qualifications and demonstrate strong potential to grow within the role.
  • Mid-range offers reflect a solid match with the role’s technical and collaborative requirements.
  • Offers at the top of the range are reserved for candidates who bring exceptional qualifications, specialized expertise, or unique value that significantly exceeds the baseline expectations

  • 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in mobile video surveillance and fleet management software, passenger transportation, or logistics sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage events, content creation, and digital campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or Zoho preferred), email marketing platforms, and social media management.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel to the U.S. (10–20%).
