About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Brand, you will play a critical role in executing and scaling brand marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and category growth. As the Marketing Manager, Brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing omni-channel brand-building campaigns, overseeing organic social and integrated digital marketing efforts, and supporting the execution of industry events and sponsorships.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, project management, and hands-on execution to ensure brand initiatives are delivered with excellence, on time, and with measurable impact. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and influencers to amplify Felix’s presence in key markets.
You Will:

Lead Creative Briefing & Development – Manage the end-to-end creative process for digital marketing efforts, including briefing, collaboration with designers and copywriters, and ensuring cohesive execution across all marketing channels.

Execute Brand Campaigns – Assist in the planning and execution of Integrated Marketing Campaigns and brand initiatives, ensuring a seamless rollout across digital, social, and content marketing channels.

Oversee Organic & Timely Marketing – Lead real-time cultural marketing efforts to capitalize on relevant conversations, moments and seasonality.

Build and Optimize a Social Proof Strategy – Establish and manage a streamlined process for sourcing, verifying, and integrating testimonials & claims across marketing channels, product pages, and advertising to enhance credibility and trust.

Manage Events & Sponsorships – Oversee Felix’s participation in key industry events to drive brand awareness and community engagement.

Grow Community & Influencer Partnerships – Identify, source, and scale relationships with community partners and influencers to amplify our brand presence.

Analyze and Optimize Performance – Track and report on brand marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

You Have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated campaigns, or related roles.

Proven experience executing brand campaigns, product launches, and sponsorship activations.

Experience managing social media, real-time marketing, and influencer partnerships.

Excellent organizational and project management skills to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Ability to analyze brand performance metrics and make data-driven marketing decisions.

Experience working in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online brand or startup environment is preferred.

Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.
