About This Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to join the Marketing team and gain hands-on experience in social media strategy and community growth, content creation and partnership co-marketing, and market research, while supporting campaign and project development initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to support research initiatives, assist with campaign ideation and project management, and contribute to various marketing and business projects across a variety of channels.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn about the intersection of marketing and business strategy at the heart of Web3. If you’re a curious, ambitious, and proactive individual looking to dive into the world of marketing and beyond, we’d love to hear from you!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to content creation for Binance.US’ marketing channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and more.

  • Assist in planning and executing a variety of marketing initiatives, from partnership and co-marketing campaigns, to events and promotional activations, including giveaways and incentive marketing.

  • Conduct market and user research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities. You'll synthesize your findings into actionable insights that directly inform our marketing strategies.

  • Coordinate marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with goals

  • Support campaign brainstorming and ideation across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels

  • Assist in developing creative concepts, messaging, and design briefs aligned with brand objectives

  • Track performance metrics for promotional activities, analyzing success and areas for improvement

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for market research and data-driven decision-making

  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate and contribute to marketing ideas

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with marketing tools and AI content creation platforms (Google Analytics, social media analytics, email marketing tools, etc.) is a plus

  • Interest in emerging trends in Web3 (eg, crypto and NFTs), marketing, and technology

Salary:

The starting pay for this role is CAD$30.00/hour for all Canada remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
