About the role
The Marketing Coordinator will be a key member of the Canadian Marketing Studio team to primarily support brokerage and assist with other service line projects and marketing requests. You will play an important role in the development and implementation of day-to-day marketing activities and content. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the creation of property marketing campaigns, marketing projects, general ad-hoc marketing requests, presentations, client events, administration, and some design work.
You will contribute to the success of the marketing team by being involved in the full project cycle from ideation, planning, execution, production, and final deliverable, ensuring strong communication between the team and stakeholders throughout, and meeting budget and timelines.
In this role, you will...
Assist marketing team and service line marketing leads with the project management and execution of small to medium scale property marketing programs.
Assist with the development, implementation, and execution of project marketing strategies that support business objectives (eg. property marketing materials) – while ensuring quality, brand integrity and timeliness of those deliverables.
Liaise with Brokerage Operations Specialists and Brokers on marketing campaign execution and coordinate status meetings between Marketing Team, Brokers, and Brokerage Operations Specialists as it relates to the marketing campaign for listing(s).
Coordinate and meet deadlines as they relate to marketing projects and client events.
Effectively coordinate the promotion and updating of ongoing internal communications: flatscreens, posters, walls of fame, lobby displays, internal blog, and eblasts where applicable.
Liaison with Business Services on signage requests and working with designers to produce artwork. Acting as backfill for Business Services team for standard sign requests. s.
Manage and maintain department resource folder (ie. Overall Assets).
Experience with project management tool and time tracking, particularly Asana is an asset.
Maintain list of all preferred vendors and their services and capabilities. Sourcing quotes and new vendors where necessary
Act as first point of contact and manage/coordinate one off requests in intake system.
Content creation and communications for property marketing or brokerage collateral (e.g Vimeo videos).
Provide support with invoicing and vendor management, ensuring follow-through on invoice for services rendered and that timelines are being met.
Manage and maintain the Media Calendar, coordinate the production and booking of print ads, and digital listings (LoopNet).
Tracking and maintenance of Matterport spaces (deactivations, organizing and filing spaces), collaborating with local offices nationally.
Other duties as requested.
What you'll bring
1 to 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in the real estate industry.
Degree and/or Certificate in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
Strong understanding of digital and print advertising platforms
Exceptional organization, time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and ensure deadlines are met.
Project management skill and experience using a project management tool (Asana) an asset.
Basic knowledge of Adobe’s Creative Suite products, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
Superb verbal and written communication skills.
Possesses strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Approximate Compensation for this Role: $58,963 to $65,000
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
