Responsibilities:
- Perform outgoing sales calls (cold and warm calls) aimed at identifying and qualifying potential investors. Range of investment products may include stocks, bonds and insurance related investment products and strategies;
- Organize and maintain a CRM database of prospects and clients;
- Contact prospects to determine interest in receiving literature on selected investment products;
- Assist with maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud and various databases, records and other documents;
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of business correspondence, presentations,
- Assist with coordinating client seminars led by Investment Advisors;
- Prepare e-mail and general mail outs to clients and prospects including tracked email marketing;
- Other marketing duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous telemarketing and/or sales experience an asset;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Experience with Salesforce an asset;
- Excellent teamwork skills complemented by the ability to work well independently;
- Demonstrated interest in investment products, with previous similar work experience an asset;
- Willingness to complete CSC (Canadian Securities Course) and CPH (Conduct and Practices Handbook) is an asset.
