Salary Range : $45,000 - $55,000

Our Canadian operation, Canaccord Genuity Corp is currently looking for an energetic, detailed and organized individual to join our Wealth Management team in Vancouver. The successful candidate’s role will support a Wealth Management team in a marketing capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound marketing calls to qualified prospects as the primary responsibility, with the objective of generating interest, nurturing leads, and supporting business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients through proactive phone outreach and follow-up communications.
• Assist in the preparation of business correspondence, marketing materials and presentations.
• Assist with maintaining various databases, records and other documents;
• Assist with special projects as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce or marketing cloud  and asset;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills complemented by exceptional interpersonal skills;
• Excellent teamwork skills complemented by the ability to work well independently;
• Strong customer service skills;
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Demonstrated interest in investment products, with previous similar work experience an asset.
