We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Manager, Supply Planning to join our Inventory Management team in Langley, BC.  

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Inventory Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing supply plans that ensure product availability across all categories while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing costs. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, procurement, merchandising, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination across the network.
You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the supply planning team to secure inventory from suppliers while maintaining service level targets.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and conducting regular partner reviews to ensure reliability and responsiveness.
  • Collaborating with the Merchandising team to align supply plans with promotional activities and seasonal strategies.
  • Working with other managers to ensure processes and documentation remain the same between teams.
  • Partnering with Inventory Management Analysts to identify and act on long or obsolete inventory.
  • Working closely with the Manager, Demand Planner to ensure alignment across forecasting and inventory strategies.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting team leads and supply planners to foster continuous learning and professional growth.
     

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning or supply chain.
  • A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Experience with BlueYonder or similar tools.
  • Expertise in supply planning, supply chain, and merchandising.

  • Skilled in building strong relationships and actionable business plans.

Compensation Details:

$88,643.00 - $118,190.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
