About the Team:
Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for supporting Relativity’s best-in-class team, as well as strategically managing our hiring pipelines to help us find the very best to join our company. On this team, you are given the opportunity to work across many teams and projects, while also helping to set the tone for Relativity’s company values and culture. In addition to recruiting coordination, you will also support employer & talent brand efforts, as well as candidate experience and more.
We are seeking a Manager, Recruiting Coordination to join our Talent Acquisition team and lead a team of recruiting coordinators who will optimize our hiring process and take our candidate experience to the next level. In this position, you’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and key stakeholders to ensure success and consistency in process, progress, and service levels.
About the Role:
- Leadership & People Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators; provide regular feedback, career development planning, and performance management.
- Build team culture and engagement, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Establish clear goals and accountability for service levels, ensuring operational excellence across all coordination activities.
- Operational Excellence & Process Ownership
- Own and optimize the recruiting coordination function to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across the organization.
- Oversee interview scheduling operations, stepping in to support when needed, while driving efficiency improvements.
- Recommend, design, and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency in scheduling, communication, and candidate experience.
- Strategic Program Ownership
- Develop and lead programs that improve candidate experience, interviewer readiness, and overall recruiting efficiency.
- Partner with TA Operations, Employer Brand, and HR teams to support cross-functional initiatives (e.g., interviewer training, candidate communications, recruiting events).
- Own the governance of Greenhouse ATS workflows and scheduling tools; ensure consistency in usage and adoption across the TA team.
- Data & Insights
- Define and monitor program success metrics, using data to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide reporting and insights to TA leadership on coordination efficiency, candidate experience, and team performance.
- Use analytics to influence strategic decisions and resource planning.
- Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as the primary point of contact for recruiting coordination with stakeholders across the business.
- Partner with TA leadership to align recruiting coordination priorities with company hiring goals.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and People Operations teams to drive efficiencies across systems and processes.
This is an onsite role. You can expect to work 5 days a week onsite at our Long Beach Headquarters.
About You:
- 6+ years of recruiting coordination experience with a minimum of 3+ years of management experience with multiple direct reports (with preference for in-house experience)
- Deep understanding of recruiting lifecycle and tooling (Greenhouse experience is required)
- Experience in building and scaling candidate, interviewer, and coordination programs
- Able to own and drive projects to completion
- Able to use data and analytics to develop insights and influence decisions
- Experience with scheduling tools, such as candidate.fyi is a plus!
