We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Manager, Recognition & Engagement to join our People team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Managing Director, People Integration & Development, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Pattison Food Group’s recognition programs aimed at enhancing team member satisfaction, boosting morale, and fostering a positive workplace culture. In this role, you will ensure alignment and consistency of recognition efforts across all business areas, supporting a unified and engaging team member experience throughout the organization.
You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and implementing programs that acknowledge and reward employee achievements and contributions, ensuring alignment with Pattison Food Group’s organizational values and goals.

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of recognition programs by measuring their impact on team member morale, engagement, and retention, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborating with others to organize and deliver events that celebrate team member accomplishments across all business areas, fostering a culture of appreciation and inclusion.

  • Ensuring consistent and effective communication of recognition initiatives and events to all team members.

  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align recognition strategies with broader organizational objectives.

  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to assess program performance and enhance future recognition efforts.

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, employee engagement or related fields.

  • Experience in change management, supporting the adaptation and implementation of new initiatives.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new technology quickly, providing support across various platforms.

Compensation Details:

$92,880.00 - $116,100.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
