About the Team
Product Managers are tech-savvy pioneers, with one eye on what's new and the other on what's next. Product Managers are dedicated problem-solvers who leverage big data, agile principles, and human insights to re-imagine the way people interact with money - creating experiences that simplify and enhance our customers' lives.
About the Role
We are hiring for a tenured Product Manager to envision the future of Money Movement, including:

• Strategic ownership of our customers' digital payment experiences.
• In partnership with vendors and technology teams, define new money movement solutions that enable customers to move money quickly and effortlessly
• Understand and position Capital One to take advantage of the latest opportunities in the Payments industry, like Open Banking and Real Time Rails.
• Create digital solutions that help customers feel confident their money is being safely handled and addresses their inquiries before they have to make a phone call
• Work with business partners to integrate money movement solutions across the customer lifecycle

Basic Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience creating and delivering customer centric, data-driven product vision and strategy
• A track record of delivering results with significant business and customer impacts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field
• Experience in financial services, technology or operations
• Experience in Canadian Payments industry
• 6+ years of Product Management experience
