The Opportunity

You will manage a new team focused on growing our partnership with large accounts like Whole Foods Market, Starbucks, Fairmont Hotels. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Driving Business Growth: Spearhead revenue growth strategy and planning through our key account partnerships in grocery, quick-service restaurants, hotels, and more. This includes leading contract negotiations, upselling new products, and strengthening service models to sustain long-term, high-impact, win-win partnerships.
  • Elevating Key Relationships: Cultivate and deepen relationships with critical stakeholders to elevate Too Good To Go’s position as a key partner in our customer’s food loss and waste journey.
  • Leading a High-Performing Team: Build, mentor and coach a driven team of passionate individuals, driving excellence, and fostering a collaborative culture. Be responsible for team performance from target setting and accurate forecasting, to driving KPIs and landing results.Growing Too Good To Go Canada: Tap into your experience and champion our growth journey in meaningful ways — whether by improving internal processes or actively engaging in ecosystem events.

Ideal profile

  • Extensive experience: Demonstrated expertise in account management and customer success with a proven track record of driving successful partnerships. Industry experience that translates well: Technology, marketplaces, and food/hospitality.
  • Enthusiasm for our mission: sustainability, food waste reduction, and environmental issues.
  • Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Comfortable thriving in a rapidly evolving, dynamic organization, with the ability to pivot and execute under pressure
  • Hands-On, High-Impact Leadership: A hands-on leader who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and actively engage with the team on key pursuits and projects, ensuring alignment and execution. Proven record of building and leading teams to achieve and exceed targets. 
  • Polished, detail-oriented professional with a humble and collaborative attitude.
  • Experience with value-based selling (e.g. MEDDICC methodology) and our tools (Salesforce, Looker, Slack, and G Suite) is a plus.
  • Full professional proficiency in both French and English is an asset.
