About the team.
The Manager, Commercial Strategy & Execution Enablement, is a key member of the North America (NA) Go-to-Market Team at McCain. This role will assume responsibility for driving and influencing the execution of Channel plans relevant to operators and sales representative partners, equipping the sales organization and our external partners to effectively win in the market. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, exceptional execution, creative and innovative thinking, commercial business savvy and hands-on, detailed involvement in the day-to-day business.

What you'll be doing.
- Co-ordinate and ensure implementation of the total Foodservice executional calendar and planning to deliver commitments in line with external market rhythms and internal strategic objectives.
- Bring market and customer specific input as critical contribution to the development and shape of the Company's annual operating plan converting the relevant part of the Foodservice Commercial strategy and plan to be specific and relevant to operators and sales representatives.
- Own the development, implementation, and maintenance of channel specific, effective and efficient executional plans to further McCain customer engagement and reputation to drive sustained commercial growth in line with the company strategic plan.
- Work in partnership and in close collaboration with Channel and cross functional Customer Team to shape the Joint Business Plan and Customer Growth plans.
- Collaborate with the channel lead to bring critical Route to Market perspectives as input and development into Channel plan.
- Critical partner and contributor in development and enablement of new and existing propositions to ensure commercial and category relevance for market and customer launch plans.
- Play an active role in delivering category customer commitments that strengthens customer relationships. Lead preparation on execution with customer and internal sales team at corporate and op sites to integrating with pull activities in market that create demand.
- Responsible to partner with the channel lead, culinary and sales analysts, bringing together this broad skill set and technical expertise to deliver a truly unique and differentiated experience for McCain customers in market.
- Monitor, track and evaluate operational dimensions of the sales execution with a North America and category specific lens as part of target setting and planning.
- Deliver commercial and sales insight and value-added analysis, providing meaningful information that contributes to management decision making and execution.
- Lead management of external delivery partners that support the foodservice channel execution.
- Lead management of overall go to market foodservice execution budget setting and management in support of execution plans.
- Adhere to commercial controls and processes that support consistent sales execution in market, ensuring an integrated and coordinated approach across all commercial processes.
- Accountable for reporting analysis and adapted action plans in relation to execution campaigns across the channel to drive consistent assessment and review for continuous improvement in delivering sustained and enhanced business results.
