As a Communication Desk Manager, your focus is being responsible for all daily activities within the Communication Desk department.   • Supervising employees across multiple locations

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: General management: 3 years, Project Management: 2 years
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Technical Skills: Ability to quickly integrate new information and gain expertise of evolving technologies and services
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of personnel
  • Schedule: Some travel required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Broad knowledge of cable technologies, systems, and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex activities involving a team of at least 40 people
