The Opportunity

We seek:
Energetic, self-driven management consultants with:

  • 6–10 years of industry experience
  • Expertise in organizational transformation & change management
  • A track record in high-performance consulting
  • Strong facilitation and delivery skills

Ideal candidates have:

  • Experience managing projects for large corporations
  • Background working with complex/multinational organizations (preferred)
  • Capital project consulting experience
  • Executive or leadership coaching proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and advise C-suite leaders
  • Lead workshops (25+ participants)
  • Manage engagements ($750K+ budget)
  • Balance strategy and execution in people-centric initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Consulting experience (industry specialization a plus)
  • Ability to navigate matrixed organizations
  • Credibility with C-level stakeholders
  • Project management expertise
  • Long-term client partnership skills
  • Ability to drive cultural and behavioral change
  • Strategic relationship-building
  • Entrepreneurial yet collaborative mindset
  • Proven success facilitating large-group sessions
  • Commitment to continuous learning and client impact
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication
  • Travel readiness (frequency flexible)
