We Seek High-Impact Management Consultants with:
  • 6–10 years of industry experience in transformation, change management, or performance consulting

  • Proven track record in delivering high-performance consulting engagements

  • Strong facilitation and delivery skills with credibility at the senior-executive level

  • A minimum of a four-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required); an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience managing projects for large corporations

  • Background working with complex or multinational organizations (preferred)

  • Capital project consulting experience

  • Executive or leadership coaching proficiency

  • Ability to bridge strategy and execution across people-focused initiatives

Your Role Will Involve
  • Coaching and advising C-suite leaders on transformation and performance

  • Leading workshops and large-group sessions (25+ participants)

  • Managing client engagements with budgets exceeding CA$750K

  • Supporting the design and execution of transformation initiatives that drive measurable results

Core Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (four-year) from an accredited university required; Master’s or MBA preferred

  • Strong commercial and business acumen

  • Background in management consulting (industry specialization a plus)

  • Ability to navigate matrixed and global organizations

  • Established credibility with C-level stakeholders

  • Expertise in project and program management

  • Proven success in building and maintaining long-term client partnerships

  • Ability to drive cultural and behavioral change initiatives

  • Strategic relationship-building and influencing skills

  • Entrepreneurial yet collaborative approach to client delivery

  • Demonstrated success in facilitating large-group transformation workshops

  • Strong analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally as needed
