We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Loyalty Specialist to join our More Rewards team in Langley, BC.  

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Loyalty and Customer More Rewards you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of the More Rewards loyalty offers across our internal Pattison Food Group banners. In this role, you will develop and implement loyalty offers across all PFG banners, Loyalty Operations, Merchandising, Data & Analytics, IT, and Finance to support the program’s maintenance and growth.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working with cross functional teams to deliver loyalty programs from conception to execution.
  • Forecasting expected results and budgets for offers, based on typical sales and conversion rates while estimating the expected impact on margins.
  • Collaborating with merchandising stakeholders to create engaging offers that adhere to loyalty guidelines and providing best practice advice and knowledge on the More Rewards loyalty program.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams on loyalty campaigns, customer communication, and engagement initiatives, while providing expertise in loyalty offer design and keeping teams updated on daily operations.
  • Utilizing consumer insights, data analytics, and industry trends to deliver reporting and insights, while using past results to shape future loyalty programs and offers.
  • Creating and implementing core and tactical banner activations to support banner differentiation in addition to the core loyalty plans.
  • Communicating loyalty strategy, the More Rewards program, and execution delivery to senior leaders and front-line teams.
  • Reporting on monthly KPI’s, budgets and ongoing analysis of customer behaviour to provide insight into KPI performance for integrated banners.
  • Supporting the development and execution of the More Rewards redemption strategy.
  • Reviewing flyer proofs on a weekly basis to ensure More Rewards offers accuracy and alignment to loyalty guidelines.

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in loyalty marketing, project management, business administration or related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in project or change management and/or corporate experience.
  • Experience working with financial metrics, budgeting, and revenue models to assess financial impacts.
  • An understanding of customer loyalty and/or marketing is considered an asset.

Compensation Details:

$65,120.00 - $81,400.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
