About you
Bring your expertise in designing, delivering, and implementing development programs to foster a culture of growth, nurture talent, and drive excellence. Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager of Producer Development, you’ll design and deliver training that boosts the sales capabilities of our brokers, advancing both attraction and retention goals. As a strategic partner to brokers and leadership, you’ll focus on effective facilitation, engaging tools and resources, and continuous improvement to ensure impactful learning experiences and measurable success.
In this role, you will...

Collaborate on the development of training materials and content to meet evolving broker and organizational needs.

Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create training content, tools, and resources.

Develop engaging and effective training materials, which can include presentations, e-learning modules, and other resources.

Assist in delivering training programs, which may involve facilitating webinars and workshops while engaging with internal and external subject matter experts and mentors to enhance the learning experience.

Coordinate instructor-led training, working with internal and external vendors while acting as a thought leader in the field of sales training, coaching, and commercial real estate.
What you'll bring

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brokerage sales & leasing, talent development, human resources, or related field.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence brokers and leadership.

Strong strategic thinking and ability to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a hybrid and remote team environment.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Bachelor’s Degree and/or completion of a Human Resources Program, or relevant field preferred.

Familiarity with sales processes, preferably in commercial real estate or a related field, is a plus.
Approximate Salary Range for Role: $66,203 to $80,000
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
