We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to help us build a new product line for MaintainX. In this role, you will be working closely with our founding team in putting definition to their vision and working with a cross-functional team to find and validate product market fit. This role is ideal for those who have experience working on ambiguous problems, finding PMF, and working with sales and partnerships to develop a brand new go-to-market strategy. 

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with our founding team to define their vision on this new product line, along with a strategy on how to successfully find PMF
  • Leverage data, user research and competitive/market analysis to help shape that strategy
  • Execute with a scrappy team of engineers along with Fortune 1000 design partners on iterations of the product until we land on PMF
  • Work closely with Sales and Partnership leaders to generate the first wave of early adopters
  • Define success metrics to measure and evaluate the impact of product efforts.
  • Once PMF is found, assist in scaling out the organization that will be required to launch and grow the product line.

About you:

  • 6+ years in product management with experience building 0-1 products and owning entire product lines.
  • Experience working with and building for large Enterprise customers.
  • Thrives in early-stage start-ups with the ability to balance scrappy execution for fast results alongside the creation of frameworks and processes to scale out the team.
  • Can inspire and rally a team around a clear vision, strategy and roadmap to meet specific KPI’s.
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization from executives to IC’s.
  • Strong pattern recognition, with the ability to apply existing solutions to MaintainX specific problems, without reinventing the wheel.
