About the Job

Join a team of motivated professionals at SSENSE, where your work will directly impact our global growth. As the Lead Product Manager for SAP, you'll be the in-house expert responsible for shaping the strategic direction of our SAP P2P and O2C domains. This is more than a management role, it's a hands-on opportunity to lead a team, collaborate with key stakeholders, and implement cutting-edge SAP solutions in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll have the autonomy to define roadmaps and drive continuous improvement, directly contributing to our company's success.

What you will do:

  • Define and champion the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the SAP Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash domains.

  • Lead a team of SAP professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and project oversight.

  • Analyze, design, and configure complex SAP processes, ensuring they align with the unique needs of a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency.

  • Stay current with the latest SAP technologies, including SAP BTP and AI capabilities, to continuously enhance our systems and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive SAP experience, with at least a couple of full lifecycle implementations.

  • In-depth, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail and its underlying P2P and O2C and their underlying modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI-AP, FI-AR, LE-SHP). .

  • Proven experience in product roadmapping, defining MVPs, and leading initiatives beyond just support.
