We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy, discovery, and delivery of new AI Agents at ABC Fitness. Your goal is to identify valuable problems our customers will pay us to solve with AI, turn those opportunities into compelling products, and take them all the way from idea to market.
This role requires strong product instincts, commercial thinking, and comfort operating in ambiguity. You’ll spend time deeply understanding gym operators and their businesses, identifying opportunities for AI Agents, validating customer value and willingness to pay, and defining what each Agent needs to accomplish. Once we decide to pursue an opportunity, you’ll own the product end-to-end through launch, coordinating across engineering and other product teams when delivering an Agent requires capabilities across multiple parts of ABC Fitness’s platform.
You do not need to be an AI engineer, but you do need enough technical fluency to understand how modern AI products are built, work effectively with engineering, and distinguish what is technically possible from what makes a valuable product.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own the strategy and roadmap for AI Agents at ABC Fitness, focused on products customers will pay for.
- Lead domain ownership for AI Agents at ABC Fitness for customer-facing needs, so requirements are captured, prioritized, and delivered consistently.
- Partner with many other teams to execute on AI Agent definition, design, build, and rollout.
- Identify and validate new Agent opportunities quickly through customer discovery, market research, and business analysis.
- Turn ambiguous opportunities into clear product definitions, including the customer, problem, outcome, scope, and success metrics.
- Own Agents end-to-end from concept through launch, coordinating across product and engineering teams as needed.
- Use customer and commercial results to determine what to improve, expand, build next, or stop.
- Define success metrics for AI Agents and track progress against them.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with AI technology in the more recent years.
- Exceptional product judgment and customer empathy; able to identify the real problem behind what customers ask for.
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to assess what customers value enough to pay for.
- Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguity and turn loosely defined goals into action.
- Strong technical fluency, including familiarity with AI Agents, LLMs, APIs, MCP, and modern AI architectures.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and execution across teams you don’t directly manage.
- Clear communication skills and the judgment to know when to push back and when to flex.
AND IT’S NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience building AI or Agentic AI products.
- Experience launching and monetizing new B2B SaaS products.
- Experience with vertical SaaS or operational workflow automation.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or health club technology.
- Experience with the Gym management platforms specifically, or a comparable vertical SaaS product suite.

- ABC Fitness has a clear, customer-backed strategy and roadmap for AI Agents.
- New Agent opportunities are grounded in real customer problems and commercial potential and also driving real customer adoption and value.
- Agents move efficiently from idea through launch, even when delivery spans multiple teams.
- ABC Fitness revenue is growing from new AI Agent SKUs.
Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations. The anticipated compensation range for this position is -
98,000.00 - 104,000.00 CAD- annually. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable.
