The Lead Executive & Equity Compensation Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the strategic design, analysis, and operational execution of executive and equity compensation programs at Dynatrace. Working closely with the Director, Executive & Equity Compensation, this role will help ensure our executive rewards are competitive, drive shareholder value, and are aligned with public company best practices. Your work will directly support compensation committee deliverables, proxy disclosures, and the execution of innovative compensation programs that reward pay for performance and drive financial results.

The Lead Executive & Equity Compensation Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the strategic design, analysis, and operational execution of executive and equity compensation programs at Dynatrace. Your work will directly support compensation committee deliverables, proxy disclosures, and the execution of innovative compensation programs that reward pay for performance and drive financial results.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize internal and external market data to assess competitiveness, pay positioning, and pay-for-performance alignment.
- Support development of annual and long-term incentive plan modeling and recommendations.
- Prepare materials and analytics to support compensation committee meetings, including compensation summaries, share ownership guideline compliance, and compensation benchmarking.
- Assist in the preparation of required executive compensation disclosures for the annual proxy statement, including CD&A narrative and SEC-required tables.
- Support executive compensation education to ensure key leaders have an awareness and understanding of the value of their total rewards packages.
- Support the execution of compensation governance processes and compliance with regulatory and proxy advisory standards (e.g., SEC, ISS, Glass Lewis).
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll and Investor Relations on governance, external reporting, and compensation plan execution.
- Provide recommendations for executive compensation program improvements based on executive compensation trends, regulatory developments, and current market practices.
- Provide data-driven insights and modeling to support executive pay decisions, scenario planning, and shareholder engagement efforts.
- Assist Stock Plan Administrator in managing the day-to-day administration of various equity plans, including stock options, RSUs, and performance stock units.
- Develop educational resources and provide support to employees and executives on equity programs, vesting schedules, and exercise processes.

What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation, FP&A, corporate accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel (e.g., advanced formulas, scenario modeling).
- Experience working with compensation survey data and/or publicly disclosed executive pay data.
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience supporting executive compensation programs.
- Exposure to compensation committee support and proxy statement preparation.
- Understanding of SEC regulations and proxy advisor frameworks related to executive pay.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator with the ability to distill complex data into clear, concise presentations.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Experience working with Workiva, Success Factors and E*trade.
