Job Description
As the Lead Digital Product Manager for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, you will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise customer identity and access capabilities.The CIAM team plays a pivotal role in advancing customer identity and access management initiatives across the organization. In partnership with engineering and product leadership, you will define strategic direction, manage roadmaps and performance outcomes, and drive adoption of integrated identity and access solutions that support the enterprise's broader security, digital experience, and transformation goals.
In this role, you will serve as the single accountable product voice for your assigned Digital Product Family, leading and developing a team of Digital Product Managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Data, UX, and Business leaders to deliver measurable customer, operational, and financial outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end, multi-year product strategy for a digital product family aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Translate strategy into measurable outcomes using clearly defined KPIs related to growth, quality, efficiency, adoption, automation, and stability.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Digital Product Managers, fostering strong product thinking and outcome ownership.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and Business Architecture to deliver integrated end-to-end journeys.
- Act as the journey-level integrator, proactively managing dependencies across teams and platforms.
- Share accountability for delivery health, platform stability, risk management, and compliance.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading digital product strategy across complex platforms or multi‑product portfolios
- At least 2 years’ experience directly leading, coaching, and developing Product Managers or equivalent cross‑functional roles
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior leaders, with evidence of partnering across Engineering, Data, UX, and Business teams to achieve agreed outcomes
- Proven experience defining, tracking, and using KPIs (e.g. adoption, efficiency, quality, or financial metrics) to drive product prioritization and decision‑making
- Experience operating in a regulated environment, balancing strategic product leadership with hands‑on execution in fast‑paced delivery settings
Desirable Skills
- Domain experience in Customer Identity and Access Management
- Experience with Ping Identity platform.
- Experience operating in large‑scale, enterprise technology environments
- Familiarity with outcome‑based delivery models and product‑centric operating models
- Experience working closely with modern digital platforms, data, or automation‑enabled capabilities

Compensation offered for this role is 134,000.00 - 209,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
