About the Role

InBeat is hiring a Klaviyo & Loyalty Integrator to design, implement, and manage the full lifecycle marketing and loyalty system for a major new CPG energy brand, backed by one of the world’s largest corporations. You will be fully dedicated to this flagship client, ensuring that email, SMS, and loyalty programs are seamlessly integrated with Shopify Plus.

This role is about building the retention engine for a subscription-based CPG product. You’ll connect Shopify Plus with Klaviyo, configure automation flows, implement customer segmentation, and integrate loyalty/rewards platforms to maximize retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of Klaviyo with Shopify Plus, ensuring seamless data sync across customer, order, and subscription records.

  • Build and optimize automated email/SMS flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, subscription reminders).

  • Implement and manage a loyalty and rewards program integrated with Klaviyo and Shopify Plus.

  • Develop customer segmentation and dynamic personalization strategies to increase retention and LTV.

  • Collaborate with the Shopify Plus Developer and Project Manager to ensure flawless technical execution.

  • Monitor campaign performance, deliverability, and retention KPIs, making iterative improvements.

  • Provide documentation, QA, and training to ensure long-term scalability of the Klaviyo + loyalty ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of Klaviyo experience, with proven success in eCommerce/CPG environments.

  • Deep understanding of Klaviyo integrations with Shopify Plus and subscription billing platforms (Recharge, Skio, etc.).

  • Experience implementing loyalty/rewards programs (e.g., LoyaltyLion, Smile.io, Yotpo Loyalty).

  • Strong background in automation flows, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing strategies.

  • Familiarity with data flows and APIs between Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, and third-party platforms.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable improvements.

  • Fluency in English; French bilingual capability strongly preferred.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in subscription-based product launches or retention marketing.

  • Knowledge of SMS integrations and compliance requirements (TCPA, CASL).

  • Familiarity with analytics tools for measuring subscription churn and LTV.
