About the role
This role focuses on managing key account clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, maintaining customer SOPs, monitoring parcel status, conducting performance review meetings, and generating weekly and monthly KPI reports. The role also involves analyzing data to identify issues and implement corrective actions, preparing AR invoices and statements, following up on payments, reviewing customer claims, supporting team members as needed, and taking on additional tasks as assigned.
What you'll do
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Prepare quotations for the targeted accounts applying the pricing policy and market intelligence
- Create and update customer SOPs for key account clients
- Regular performance review meeting with Key Account clients
- Monitor the status of parcels (track and trace), and report to Key account customers
- Weekly and monthly KPI Delivery / Dispatch Rate Performance report to key accounts
- Data analysis and find the root cause for corrective actions based on tracking & tracing report from key account customers
- Prepare AR billing invoices/statements and send to customers weekly, follow up on any late payment issue
- Review claims from Key Account Customers
- To take up additional tasks as assigned
- Back up for other team members when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or key account position in a related industry
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Excellent data analysis and reporting ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent, and assertive
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented
- Good team player
- Good report writing skills
- Good presentation skills (preferred)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good command of Mandarin
- Basic geography knowledge
- Depending on the location, this role will be remote or hybrid
