Job Summary:
In this role, you'll be part of the Efficiency and Effectiveness Program, where you'll help solution and develop power platform solutions for various departments across the organization.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of existing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI where applicable)
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements
- Develop and deploy simple Power Platform applications and process automations based on business requirements
- Create, update, and maintain technical and end-user documentation for developed solutions
- Collaborate with business users and internal stakeholders to gather requirements for new automations and enhancements
- Conduct testing and validation of developed solutions
- Assist with data integrations, connectors, and system configurations within the Power Platform environment
- Stay up to date with Power Platform updates, features, and best practices.
What you'll have:
- Relevant degree, diploma, or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Familiarity with basic application development concepts and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting or maintaining IT applications or digital tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document technical processes clearly
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Nice to Have:
- Experience in low-code/no-code development.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
- Knowledge of Power Virtual Agents for chatbot development
