As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks. Your primary duties will include overseeing payments, conducting audits, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the collection of payments and overseeing bank deposits
- Prioritizing and addressing tasks in the accounting ticket queue promptly
- Ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of employee timesheets
- Proactively communicating with clients to address overdue invoices
- Conducting meticulous audits of open item receipts to maintain financial integrity
- Monitoring the Connectbooster monthly autopay process and resolving any errors swiftly
- Compiling and sending monthly usage reports to vendors and conducting Microsoft SPLA audits
- Processing payments for contractor timesheets, vendor bills, and credit card reconciliations
- Generating and distributing necessary reports to the CEO after completing reconciliations
- Managing accounts payable and issuing vendor payments as necessary
- Calculating and remitting quarterly GST and monthly PST payments to the government
- Coordinating quarterly interim income tax payments, including Management Dividend disbursements
- Completing month-end payroll processes accurately and efficiently

- Preferably Holds Appropriate Accounting Certification
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Permanent Part-time availability with flexible hours | 12 to 20 hours per week, spread across 2-3 days within Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Salary range: $22-$25 per hour
