Manage a portfolio of content creators and influencers, understand their business needs, provide comprehensive solutions, and help grow their businesses. The role requires daily client interaction, stakeholder management, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration in a fast-paced remote scale-up. Fluency in English and Czech is required, along with basic digital marketing knowledge and a willingness to learn advertising platforms and creator-focused business practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Fluency in English and Czech
- Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for various creators' and influencers' needs.
- Flexible working hours
- Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
- Entrepreneurial attitude: every creator represents an independent business, and the Account Manager needs to grow.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- A good understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads would be a strong plus.
- Experience in working with influencers or creators on primary social media (e.g. Instagram and TikTok) would be a strong plus.
- Experience in Client-facing roles would be a plus.
