The Role
We are seeking a talented IT Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain the organization’s core technology environment across cloud platforms, identity systems, endpoints, and internal IT operations. This individual will manage and optimize IT infrastructure across Azure and GCP, ensure stable and secure daily operations, deliver responsive end-user support, and implement configuration and system updates to maintain reliability, performance, and security as the company expands its cloud and SaaS footprint. The position will require a technically skilled, service-oriented professional with strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in cloud administration, identity management, and IT operations.
Main Functions
- Administer and support Azure and GCP cloud environments
- Support servers, networking components, backups, and patching
- Monitor infrastructure health and maintain stable system performance
- Manage Active Directory / Entra ID including user lifecycle, groups, and permissions
- Deploy and manage devices using Intune, including software installation and troubleshooting
- Provide daily IT support for internal employees (hardware, software, SaaS tools)
- Manage Gmail spam and quarantine, and resolve email delivery issues
- Administer Google Workspace user accounts, groups, and platform settings
- Implement approved configuration changes across platforms such as Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA),Google Workspace, Azure & GCP
- Maintain IT documentation, standard operating procedures, and asset inventory
- Assist with backup operations and disaster recovery testing
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to resolve platform or infrastructure issues
Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and support, including cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), identity administration, and endpoint management.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and GCP administration
- Strong understanding of Windows Server and basic Linux
- Experience managing Active Directory / Entra ID
- Proficiency with Intune endpoint deployment & support
- Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, firewalls)
- Demonstrated experience in IT support or helpdesk operations
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and documentation abilities
Other Assets
- Familiarity with Zscaler SASE solutions
- Basic awareness of SIEM/SOAR concepts (Rapid7 MDR handled by security team)
- Scripting skills (PowerShell or Bash)
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Salesforce)
- ITIL exposure (incident/change management)
- Experience in regulated or fast-growing environments
