We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as an Internal Recruiter. We are looking for a high-reaching, self-motivated all-star Internal Recruiter to join our organization. We build talent communities by uniting tried and true recruiting techniques with the latest in the market, to build and grow relationships for long-term engagement. You will have direct access to hiring managers while working closely to build strategies with our dedicated recruiting teams. You must have the bold ability to sift through our internal applicant pool and help streamline the internal recruiting process.
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as a talent consultant for internal employees at Salesforce
- Partner and influence cross-functional collaborators within the internal recruiting process
- Be an advocate for internal mobility
- Lead the entire hiring process from initial phone screen to offer acceptance
- Participate on the worldwide recruiting team in implementing and driving recruiting programs and plans to fill current openings and help build an ongoing, balanced pipeline of qualified internal candidates
- Act as a first line ambassador to internal candidates by filtering, screening, and effectively engaging talent within the company
- Learn the profiles within your supported talent communities, so that you can help best match candidates with the appropriate opportunities
- Partner with other departments (Headcount Managers, Compensation, Employee Success) to drive the recruiting process
- Pipelining outstanding candidates for future opportunities at Salesforce

Basic Requirements:
- 5+ years of Recruiter, HR, or Recruiting Program Operations experience
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- Ability to build relationships with top tier talent and key partners

- Experience partnering and influencing senior level Hiring Managers and Executives
- Desire to act as an internal employee career consultant

- Solid understanding of ATS tools and technologies
- Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Shining track record of success in a fast paced environment
- Improve the imperfect. If you bump into something that is broken, you love to fix it

- Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
