The RoleWe need a Highly Experienced Internal Creator Community Manager to build and energize our TikTok creator community. You’ll recruit, coach, and drive creators to turn TikTok Shops into a growth machine.

Recruit and onboard top TikTok creators
Deliver briefs + coaching for high-performing content
Run challenges, trainings, and engagement events
Track performance + optimize for growth

✅ Strong Discord/WhatsApp community experience
✅ High-energy, personable, and results-driven
✅ Experience in building and managing creator communities for brands, agencies, or Tiktok Shops
