What We’re Looking For
Are you an experienced Insurance Advisor looking to earn a good income?
If you’re a self-motivated, sales-driven individual seeking a team-oriented culture – YOU can be our next Insurance Advisor. This role will be a hybrid of road work at our dealerships (20%) and in-office work at our Brentwood branch (80%).
We are seeking people to join our team in Brentwood Branch that is situated right underneath our Burnaby head office! It is centrally located in the Willingdon Business Park near Brentwood Town Centre.
Requirements
- Level 1 General Insurance License
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- +6 months of previous insurance experience
- Previous dealership/road experience preferred
- Available to work Sundays, holidays and evenings at the dealership
- May be required to work in branch (hybrid office/dealership)
A Day in the Life
- Prepare for a fast-paced environment with tremendous earning potential: base salary, uncapped commissions PLUS volume bonuses!
- You’ll be on the road providing auto insurance to clients at car dealerships, so they can drive their new ride away knowing they’re protected.
- You may occasionally work in the office helping clients in person or over the phone.
- You’ll promote optional coverage and cross sell to achieve weekly targets, all while building relationships with clients, colleagues and our dealerships partners.

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
