Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative, where you’ll drive business growth by managing key distributors and supporting day-to-day operations, marketing, and projects. You’ll work closely with internal teams and territory account managers to hit targets, while building strong relationships with customers through lead management and business development. What You Will Do

  • Business Development: Drive growth by introducing Panduit products to channel accounts, securing new projects, converting competitor business, and increasing flow business.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with channel partners, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
  • Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads, convert them into opportunities, and close deals to drive revenue. Analyze client portfolios and plan actions to ensure growth.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Conduct regular service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving queries.
  • Data Management: Comply with internal procedures and keep CRM data accurate and up to date, managing the pipeline and following up on opportunities.
  • Campaign Alignment: Collaborate with marketing and other business units to ensure campaigns are tailored and impactful.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to drive success through effective account management.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in a related field; experience in network infrastructure or industrial electrical infrastructure ecosystem preferred.
  • Skills: Highly organized with strong follow-up abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Travel Capability: Willing to travel up to 10% to local customers, contractors, and distributors.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 CAD. This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
