THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Finance, Legal and Risk Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving legal, enterprise risk management and brand protection technology solutions. You will turn business requirements into solutions, acting as the liaison between Technology and Aritzia’s legal, risk and brand protection teams, while playing a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing service delivery of our technologies. THE ROLE

As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Finance, Legal and Risk Technology, you will:

• Support with identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow.
• Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.
• Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of legal, enterprise risk management and brand protection technology solutions.
• Provide excellent and reliable, proactive and reactive support for legal, enterprise risk management and brand protection technology solutions.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Finance, Legal and Risk Technology has proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:

• End-to-end software deployment lifecycle spanning:

- Requirements gathering

- Vendor Selection

- Contract Review

- SaaS Implementation

- Data Migration

- Change Management

- Application Support

• Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills when partnering with business stakeholders with varying technology exposure
• Effective prioritization of parallel competing initiatives
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000–$125,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
