NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position in downtown Vancouver.
First and foremost, this is a sales role, and objection handling is expected. You must be an excellent listener, a clear communicator (as everything is done over the phone), and capable of providing industry-leading service to our customers. If you are a sales-driven individual, this is the opportunity for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Convert warm inbound leads into sales
- Provide financial education to every customer
- Handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Close and guide customers through the sales process
- Effective use of our CRM system. Previous use of Salesforce an asset but not required
What You Should Already Have:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Previous sales experience strongly preferred
- Aptitude for working in a team dynamic
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills (proactive and reactive)
- Positive attitude and outlook required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic computer skills are a plus
What We Will Give You:

Compensation:
All new hires start at Level 1, with a clear path to advancement based on performance:
- Level 1: $50,000 base salary + bonus.
- Level 2: $60,000 base salary + bonus. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics (typically achieved in 4–5 months, though some have reached it in as little as 3 months).
Projected Yearly Earnings:
- Level 1: $60,000 – $75,000
- Level 2: $73,500 – $80,000+

As we expand our Foundation team, you will have the opportunity to move into a team manager role after successfully achieving level 2.
