Job Description Summary

DXC Security Delivery’s Digital Identity team is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) delivery organization. The successful candidate will bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IAM implementation, supporting the delivery of secure, scalable identity solutions across diverse client environments. This role requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills capable of bridging business needs and technical execution.

Essential Job Functions
  • Lead and support IAM project delivery efforts through requirements elicitation, process analysis, and solution documentation.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, including use cases, process flows, traceability matrices, and data dictionaries.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, meeting notes, and technical/functional specifications.
  • Support Agile and Waterfall delivery models; participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story refinement.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to define current ('As-Is') and future-state ('To-Be') processes using tools like Visio or equivalent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, review, and validate functional solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Produce visual deliverables such as mockups, wireframes, data flow diagrams, and process maps to support stakeholder understanding and solution clarity.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of reusable documentation standards and analysis frameworks.
  • Support third-party integrations by gathering vendor solution requirements and ensuring alignment with enterprise IAM objectives.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in IAM or security-focused IT delivery projects.
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC, with demonstrated experience producing requirements artifacts from discovery through solution validation.
  • Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience working in matrixed teams and across functional boundaries.
  • Skilled in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, TFS/Azure DevOps for tracking requirements and delivery progress.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience working with third-party IAM implementations and enterprise-class IAM platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal delivery teams.
  • Experience documenting and refining business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.
