We are seeking an HR Intern to provide administrative support to the HR. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in HR processes and procedures, learn about HR policies and compliance, and shadow HR Generalists.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule internal promotion interviews in collaboration with the HR Generalist
Assist in delivering a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and tracking tools with accuracy
Apply your knowledge of core HR principles, policies, and procedures in day-to-day tasks
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed
Submit and manage HRIS tickets on behalf of the HR Generalist and HR Manager
Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a certificate, diploma, or degree in Human Resources or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Able to manage confidential records, update databases, and track deadlines
