The Opportunity:
Reporting to the HRBP Agile Regional Lead Americas, as the HRBP Agile Squad Lead (R&D, Commercial Operations & Enabling Functions), you will have a primary duty to be accountable for the customer satisfaction with the level of service the given team is providing across the region, organizing the ebbs and flows of work whilst also being an active Sr. HRBP that also service a specific cohort of clients. You will hold full view of the work that takes place across the allocated customer within the given region. You will ensure alignment to priorities as outlined by Business & Strategic HRBP’s. You will prioritize and ensure common experiences across customer group, that feedback loops are constant, learn from mistakes are incorporated across a continuous improvement cycle. You will be responsible to conduct coaching of Squad Members, connecting with other Squad Leads of the same customer group across regions. You will be a senior HRBP member of a given Squad servicing a given customer group in the geographical area of responsibility. This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule.
The Role:
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert of the customer area assigned (Manufacturing, Operations, EF, Commercial R&D) for the HRBP Agile Squad members under her/his responsibility within the given region (Americas, APAC, EMEA).
- Ensure alignment across their Squad between business priorities as established by the Strategic HRBP agenda, business requirements and those voiced to Squad members, strive for consistency of line manager and employee experience.
- Responsible for standardizing best practices across their Squads in alignment with others across region and COE principles.
- Monitor of customer satisfaction, continuous improvement cycle and incorporating lessons learned from process.
- Empower Squad members the ability to recognize the needs/interests of the stakeholders in the projects/work allocated within their competency and create solutions to address those challenges with efficiency and consistency.
- Enable individual Squad members to realize and develop their personal and professional potential within the area of expertise.
- Directly oversee performance management, coaching and development of Squad members. Committed to maintaining and developing the expertise and knowledge of members of their squad as competent HRBP’s.
- Owns the development of the HR operational plan and its delivery for the assigned client group in alignment with the Strategic HRBP guidance and the One HR Strategic Imperatives.
- Influences and builds relationships with senior team and people managers to reinforce HR’s position as a trusted advisor to the business on core topics such as: Talent & Development, Industrial Relations, Change Management, Organizational Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Diversity Equity & Inclusion.
- Advises employees and managers on total rewards matters on an ad hoc basis.
- Creates and maintains an engaging work environment, drives the talent and development efforts within the client group and action items from the Employee Survey.
- Provides employees and managers with coaching for development and insights towards development action of talent pipeline.
- Delivers people processes, programs, and initiatives for a designated client group, including the delivery of annual core HR process and KPI’s e.g., performance management reviews, annual compensation/talent reviews.
- Develops and implements new concepts to solve business challenges and proactively uses data analytics to share insights and trend alignment with the Strategic HRBP guidance and the One HR Strategic Imperatives.
Your Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Coaching, Psychology, or Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience.
- HRBP Certified (SHRM, HRCI, CIDP or another international recognized credential).
- IT skills: MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT.
- Language: English business proficiency (writing, speaking). Additional language from the relevant region an advantage.
- Versed in agile organization/ways of working preferred.
- 8-10 years of combined HR experience (HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, COE or combined) preferably within a fast paced, growth environment.
- 3+ years’ experience leading, coaching, developing, and managing teams, flows of work/capability.
- 3+ years’ experience leading projects in matrix HR environment.
- Consulting experience, working across client groups preferred.
- Previous exposure to agile organization, digital frameworks.

- Capable of utilize workflow software management and adapt analytical insights to the management of team for the service of its client needs.
