***This position is a 12-month contract and is a hybrid role based out of our 181 Bay Street, Toronto, ON or 1066 West Hastings, Vancouver, BC office.***

You are a strategic and organized project management professional with a proven ability to deliver complex HR initiatives. You thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment, working seamlessly with other Colliers’ functions to drive results. You're energized by aligning People Services programs with broader business goals, and you bring structure, clarity, and a solutions-focused approach to every project. With strong communication skills and a commitment to exceeding expectations, you are proactive and anticipate stakeholders' needs.
In this role, you will…
Lead and manage a portfolio of HR projects from initiation to completion - setting timelines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress to ensure successful delivery.
Prepare and present project updates, proposals, and recommendations to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption and smooth transitions across the organization.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies that support business priorities.
Conduct needs assessments, define project scope and resources, and develop charters that clearly outline objectives and interdependencies.
Oversee project governance, documentation, and communication processes, while supporting the People Services team with project management tools, templates, and best practices.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant HR or project management experience.
Proven track record in successfully deploying complex projects within large, multi-faceted organizations; Agile project management experience is an asset.
Strong foundational project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms and SharePoint is considered an asset.
Service-oriented and adaptable, with a high level of discretion, strong relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $74,690 - $125,000
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
