We’re a FoodTech scale-up with over £25million of funding, and we want to revolutionise food delivery through the creation and franchising of virtual food brands (brands designed for delivery), operated by anyone that runs a commercial kitchen - we think there’s about 70,000 of them in the UK alone.

We've grown massively in a short period of time, and have operations in the UK, DACH and France. We offer kitchen operators everything they need to sell our brands through delivery apps whilst continuing to service their core customers. In short, we’re defining the future of the food delivery market! Nobody’s growing as fast as us in the UK, and we’re looking for great people to join us on our journey.

We’re looking for a HR Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in shaping our employee experience, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent. You’ll be responsible for leading performance management, employee engagement initiatives, recruitment strategies, and day-to-day people operations. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments.

The Role:

Performance Management:

  • Design and implement scalable performance management frameworks (OKRs, reviews, feedback loops).
  • Partners with leadership to set performance goals and development plans.
  • Train managers on giving effective feedback and conducting performance reviews.

Employee Engagement:

  • Build and maintain initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
  • Conduct regular engagement surveys and pulse checks, sharing actionable insights.
  • Champion company culture through events, communications, and recognition programs.

Recruitment:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment: job specs, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and drive hiring plans.
  • Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and employer branding efforts.

People Operations:

  • Maintain and improve people processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage HR systems, employee records, benefits administration, and documentation.

About you:

  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven success in at least two of the following: performance management, engagement, recruitment, or operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast change; you thrive in a "build-as-you-go" culture.
