We are hiring an HR Generalist to join our global HR team!
Reporting to: Director, HRBP Americas
Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Hiring – Own end-to-end recruitment across technical and sales roles, including resume screening, interviews, reference checks, and drafting offers.
- Benefits & Insurance Administration - Manage U.S. and Canadian benefits, including renewals, enrollment, vendor coordination, and accurate data maintenance.
- Employee Lifecycle & Experience - Lead onboarding and offboarding, conduct welcome sessions, update HRIS, and celebrate key employee milestones.
- DEIB & Culture Initiatives - Drive DEIB programs and help build an inclusive, engaging workplace culture.
- Employee Engagement & Events - Plan virtual and onsite events, seasonal celebrations, and volunteering activities that reflect our values and foster connection
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience, with proven ownership of recruitment, benefits administration, and employee engagement
- Solid understanding of U.S. and Canadian employment practices and benefits.
- A team-player mindset and a genuine passion for people, culture, and inclusion.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach—comfortable working independently while knowing when to collaborate.
- Experience with HR systems PayEntry, HiBob, SparkHire, Canva – An advantage
A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $80,000 - $90,000. Final offer may vary based on experience, skills, location, and certifications. If your expectations differ, we still encourage you to apply.
