Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment coordination, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (document preparation, checklists, coordination)
- Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with HR data entry, reports, and internal trackers
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
Administrative & Office Support
- Provide general administrative support (data entry, document filing, meeting coordination)
- Support office operations, including supplies management and vendor coordination
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and organizing internal events
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and follow-up on admin tasks
- Support cross-functional teams as needed on operational or coordination work
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related program
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal),
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Mandarin or French, an asset but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Google Workspace is a plus
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
- Hands-on experience across HR operations + office administration
- Exposure to real-world HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, employee support)
- Practical understanding of how HR & Admin functions support business operations
