The Role
We seek a Treasury & FinOps Lead who will report directly to the CFO and lead Influur's treasury operations and financial management. This role will focus on strategic cash flow management, banking relationships, debt financing, and working capital optimization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing treasury strategies while ensuring efficient financial operations aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, invoicing, payments, and collections—implementing effective A/R strategies.
- Design and improve scalable treasury systems, financial processes, and internal controls.
- Develop and implement dashboards and BI tools to enhance cash visibility, reporting accuracy, and reconciliations in coordination with Accounting.
- Drive automation of financial processes using tools such as N8N, EMBA, or other AI-powered platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, CX, Accounting, etc.) to ensure treasury efficiency and smooth cash collection.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize working capital and manage cash conversion cycles effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure competitive financing solutions.
- Lead the development of dynamic cash flow projections to identify funding needs and capital requirements.
- Support the CFO in designing capital structure and debt financing strategies.
Desired Background:
- 5+ years of experience in Treasury, FinOps, or financial operations—ideally with exposure to both startups/scaleups and more structured environments.
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in high-growth companies (Series A–C), comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.
- Experience in startups or scaleups (Series A–C), with a strong understanding of the dynamic and fast-paced nature of high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in cash flow management, financial modeling, and working capital optimization.
- Proven track record implementing and improving AR/AP processes and scalable financial systems.
- Familiarity with automation tools and data-driven decision-making (e.g., BI dashboards, ERPs, AI-powered platforms like N8N or EMBA).
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities, especially in fast-paced or resource-constrained settings.
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills with teams like Sales, CX, and Accounting.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Administration, or a related field. MBA and/or CFA certification is a plus.
