About the Role
The Head of Professional Services will lead a global team of Data Analysts and Engagement Leads to deliver high-impact, scalable analytics solutions for enterprise clients. This role combines technical leadership with operational and strategic management to ensure project excellence and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a global team of Solution Architects, Analysts, and Engagement Leaders to ensure high-impact solution delivery.
- Focus on elevating customer satisfaction metrics (CSATs) and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to align technical solutions with business priorities, driving customer success.
- Streamline project execution by improving processes and optimizing team workflows for scalability and efficiency.
- Drive cross-department initiatives, ensuring clear communication, executive alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in professional services, customer success, or a related field with 3+ years of experience leading Professional Services, Technical Solutions, or Analytics teams in a SaaS or data-driven environment..
- Deep expertise in SQL, Python, and ETL pipelines, coupled with knowledge of frameworks like DBT and Kimball modeling.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms like BigQuery, Snowflake, and AWS, and advanced BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio).
- Strong foundation in marketing analytics tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Strategic problem-solving mindset: balance customer needs, business impact, and resource management effectively.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, bridging technical solutions with clear business impacts.
- Proven track record of scaling teams and creating clear success metrics for professional services.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to balance executive communication and hands-on project escalations.
