About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations. As the Head of Operations, you will play a critical role in being a thought partner to the CEO and the senior leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be a strategic partnership with senior leadership on company operations, people function, finance, and legal operations.
As a Head of Operations you will:
- Partner with leadership on OKR planning, leadership meetings, and boarding reporting. Work closely with leadership on execution on company's strategic initiatives. Development and implementation of plans and policies.
- Oversee People function to ensure the team's success.
- Finance partner with the CFO to prepare and manage the annual budgets for departments.
- Manage and track all legal matters.
- Advise on policies and practices to ensure the highest levels of compliance, data protection.
What we look for:
- Minimum 12 years of experience
- Early start-up experience
- Strong understanding of operational processes, project management
- Experience managing people operations processes
- HR/Compliance background
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making

What We Do
Robust Intelligence's mission is to eliminate risks introduced by AI technologies. We consider the effect of AI risk not only on organizations but also on our society. Our product RIME has the ability to monitor and detect AI failures. We’ve built AI Stress Testing to detect a specific model’s weaknesses in the pre-deployment stage. In the post-deployment stage, RIME uses those learnings to configure an AI Firewall that wraps the model to protect it from errors.
