What you'll be doing.
- Promotes and adheres to company safety work rules and regulations
- Communicates and interacts with Field Department personnel, growers, and truck drivers
- Weights all incoming raw product, records load weights either by stamping or writing down the weight, and also weights outgoing vehicle for tare weight
- Computes total volume of raw product delivered by grower and keeps field department records
- Enter departmental information in to the computer
- Knowledge and ability to operate Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PC&R
- Keeps records according to departmental procedures
- Sorts and files records or forms
- Answers phone, transfers calls, conveys messages
- Communicates any problems or changes in production or quality to supervisor and appropriate personnel
- Attends and participates in job specific training
- Understands and adheres to the concepts and techniques of the quality process in order to ensure a quality operation
- Keeps area clean in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Helps build and promote a strong teamwork environment in each individual work group, the factor, and the company
- Participates in continuous improvement process

- ISN and PC&R knowledge a definite asset
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently using effective time management and organization skills
